The Word eroto in the Greek language is translated 'ask'. It means to ask, question or request.
Asking is humility. I remember growing up, as an adult even, thinking that if I ask it will bring out my weakness. Each of us often need to seek help from others and the most prevalent way of doing so is by asking. Even Jesus on various occasions recognize His need for assistance from His Heavenly Father, no matter how powerful He was. So if you're thinking to yourself that you can handle everything without inquiring advice or seeking help from others; you're setting up for yourself a trap that you will not be able to escape without getting help.
We tend to feel that the need to ask is something to be ashamed off. No! Asking exhibits the knowledge of power. For with asking comes much receiving. Hence, we should learn how to ask. Asking is the key to many open doors. We must be careful, however of what we ask, how and even when. This act is often blown out of proportion. So be wise. Some of us ask for too much. Some of us ask too little. Don't be afraid or ashamed to ask!
Be encouraged! It's a new day filled with new blessings. Yesterday's gone, tomorrow is yet to come, today is all we have. Pep-up your morning.
Have an inspiring day!
