The feeling of being alone, and fighting alone is often very depressing. Does anybody cares? Who will fight for me? Who is willing to stand with me?
This challenge is a burden, too much for me to bear. How can I beat this? Would anyone put themselves in my shoes? "Don't tell me that you know how I feel because you really don't know how I feel! I will never get through this!"
God wants to remind you today that if you find yourselves digging the well of defeat for your life, that there is more with you than be with them. (2 Kings 6:16) Therefore, "Fear not!" Why should you worry when you can pray? Why should you fear, don't you know who is standing beside and goes before you? Don't you know and recognize The One who will risk his life at any point to ensure that the very last of your enemies be made your footstool? ("Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet." Psalms 110:1)
Don't you know? Don't you know that God is fighting your battles for you and will never give up on you? (1 Samuel 17:47)
"The bad news is that you and I are at war every day battling thoughts, attitudes and actions that pull us away from God. The good news is that whatever battle we are facing, God has a way of escape, (I Corinthians 10:13). Let's call on Him for deliverance!"
