Are you loosing your patience? You may feel like you're hanging by the end of a string. You're losing your mind 'cause nothing seem to be going right. Yea, this world is crazy and chaotic, and you can't seem to have a peace of mind. Feeling so pressured and pressed down from oppositions and oppression. Almost on the edge, you're ready to give up. Stop and think! Yes, I know you might have thought through every detail , however, you could not come up with a worthwhile reason to hold on just a little while longer. So you conclude, "giving up is the easiest thing to do." Well, it seems like it is the best thing to do too. I got news for you....this is one of the biggest deception the devil trample the fragile human mind with.
Scripture tells us in James 4:10 that if we humble ourselves before God; He will exalt us.
The time we spent fussing about our momentarily stagnant, seemingly mediocre life, should be spent humbling ourselves before God who can change whatever state we are in. God has His arms wide open to all those who will humble before Him and wait on Him. We must embrace this opportunity to be re-energized, blessed and lifted up, in our body, soul and mind by submitting to God every thing that seems impossible, any situation that troubles our mind; allowing Him to work through each situation His way. When we commit our lives (every detail of it) to God, there is no doubt that He will cause us to prosper in ways we could not imagine. He gives success. He gives us the victory! "For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation." (Psalm 149:4)
Humility attracts God's favor. It is the door way to our liberation form ignorance or illusions; preservation from destruction or failure and deliverance from danger or difficulty; and even deliverance from the power of sin in your life. We must first be willing to "let go and let God". Humble yourself, let Jesus take over! He will satisfy you with salvation when you humble yourself before Him. Understand that God can lift you up in spite of how low you feel your life is sinking; or how far you've gone astray. Your state of despair, is not beyond the reach of God's hand. Trust God. Be encouraged. He will lift you up.
I pray today that the right spirit will be renewed in you; that God will restore you in ways you never would have imagined; and that you will experience His promised victory in your life from day to day, as you yield to Him your mind, body and soul . In Jesus Name. AMEN.
We tend to make elaborate plans for life, but do you know that God has the final say in everything? "Humans make elaborate plans, but God has the last words." -Proverbs 16:1 (The Message)
High expectations are put in place for our lives by family and friends, including ourselves but if those expectations are not lined up with what God has in plan, we then become confused and despondent.
Yet, we still wonder at times why things are not working out the way we planned or why it did not turn out to be what "you" expected. Funny too how we often blame God for the result of things we think we have control of.
In everyone of us there is a conqueror, a survivor, a desire to win never to loose
Yet, sometimes we face defeat and other times gain
But, there is no mountain too tall that you cannot climb
No valley to low you cannot thrive, no storm too great you can not survive
And even at your weakest point, you can overcome
For God's strength is made perfect in your weaknesses (2 Cor. 12:9)
We all have dreams and desire to fulfill them all
For every goal, obstacles may arise
But there is no limitations where faith assails
(Mark 11:23)"Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him."
You can achieve anything worthwhile, anything true
If you persevere through the trials and temptations
Having faith in God who gives us the victory
(Hebrews 11:6) "But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
Never say it's impossible
You can make it! For through Christ, who strengthens, you can do all thing (Philippians 4:13)
You can conquer all your fears, have the victory through many tears
If you believe in Jesus, the Son of the Living God
In this world, we have an anchor in Jesus who is more than able to give us enough power to survive
Have a little faith in God; "Nay in all things, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
For if God be for us there is nothing that can stand against us" (Romans 8:31,37)
For He will conquer, He will fight for us; He, the God who has never lost a battle- Almighty God is He.
"For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?" (KJV)
YOU ARE AN OVER-COMER!
In life the greatest lessons are learned in our deepest 'valley of tears'. The Psalmist David declares,
"It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes." (Psalm 119:71).
The tests and trials of life come to make us stronger. It is said that experience is the best teacher. This has proven true in my own life. You can't have an education if you aren't taught; you can't have a job without education (this includes skills development); nor can you have life without the Creator. The difficult times we face are stepping stones in our lives. We may have many disappointments and sorrows but our failures or 'feelings of failures' are not a sign that our life is over. Or at least it should not be viewed that way. Instead, take an about turn and realize that whatever you've been through, whatever you go through in life (failure or success), God is with you always and loves you with an everlasting love. Understand that when everything and the people whom you trust in and loves give up on you, remember that JESUS NEVER FAILS!
In the darkest hour, there is one who cares and loves you no matter what! "The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness." Jeremiah 31:3-NIV When the devil tells you that all hope is lost, remind Him that you serve a God who gives secured hope to the hopeless (Psalm 119:49).
1 Corinthians 10:12 “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”
It is easy for us to loose our focus and be drifted away from the focal point (in our lives). We are easily carried away by things that seems to be attractive or interesting and easily evolved or given. Sadly, a lot of the times these things force us to let our guards down, giving everything that we have and gaining nothing but emptiness, bitterness and insanity. We contradict our own beliefs and diminish our values by partaking in these things which are of less, temporary or little worth. We also often disrespect the teachings and wishes of our parents, or deny God's commands by yielding into such things.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
Are you struggling to be strong and courageous in a job , a performance, a choice to do right or you simply fear being different? One of the greatest fear in life is 'being different' or 'making a difference'. Yet, the greatest difference any one can be or make in this life is by being 'Christ-like'. As Christians we are often tormented by fear. We fear not being understood, we fear being rejected for our faith, we fear being different in a world where it seems as though the world has a greater force. There is absolutely nothing wrong about being different, yet the world makes it look like it is the most humiliating state anyone could be in. Being different is a choice to show everyone that you can conqueror your fears.
"You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world." -1 John 4:4(NIV)
Be encouraged! It's a new day filled with new blessings. Yesterday's gone, tomorrow is yet to come, today is all we have. Pep-up your morning.
Have an inspiring day!
