Restoring hope and faith...where souls are despaired.
On this note I will like to share with you some very good reasons why failure may occur:
We fail because we don't plan ahead. Many times we think we can sit back, relax and expect miracles to happen. If you realize there are problems, if you have a dream to achieve then you can't just be idle. Get up and get going! Make the necessary preparations. You have to work towards that dream. Proverbs 27:12 A sensible man watches for problems ahead and prepares to meet them. The simpleton never looks and suffers the consequences.
We fail because we are afraid to take risks. Sometimes to succeed, you have to go above and beyond. Don't let fear stifle your ambition because behind every line of impossibilities there is a door way to possibilities."The fear of man [a]brings a snare, But he who trusts in the Lord will be exalted." -Proverbs 29:25 My fifth grade teacher always said, "It is better you try and fail than fail to try." Thus, it is when you fail to try is when you fail.
We fail because we became too settled. When we feel like we have reached our goal we tend to loose our focus, and think we have it altogether, then what happens...you may loose it all. You have to remain diligent and open minded. Proverbs 16:18 First pride, then the crash—the bigger the ego, the harder the fall.
We fail because we give up too soon. "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."- Galatians 6:9 Don't ever give up! Keep fighting, success will come. If you messed up no matter how many times, you can always try again.
We fail because we fail to listen and obey. As soon as you start making your perspective the priority over God, then you bound to fail. How often do we make a decisions and ask ourselves, "Now, what's God's perspective on that?" Isaiah 55:8-9(NIV)“For my thoughts are not your thought neither are your ways my ways,”declares the Lord.“As the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.".
God is our real source of success. If we don't listen to Him we will fail miserably. Seek His guidance. One can have a car and could afford to run it but without proper care or constant check ups, the vehicle may fail. God is that caretaker, mechanic (whatever words you want to use) , in our lives. We can have our plans but we got to be in check with God who knows all, does all things well and who has promised to bless you and not harm you.
You cannot go forward unless you accept responsibility of your own failure. Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy. Proverbs 28:13-ESV You cannot refuse to admit to your mistakes and expect to succeed. God is gracious to us and rich in mercy in that He gives us chances and thankfully doesn't look down on us when we fail. Instead His sincere desire is to lift us up and not bring us down. So you be humble and God will exalt you.
Stop regretting and start progressing! "Blows and wounds scrub away evil, and beatings purge the inmost being." -Proverbs 20:30 In life, it does take some painful experiences to make us better individuals. Don't waste time regretting. It changes nothing. It will only hinder the progress. God wants us to accept, believe and confess.
Forget the former, and focus on the future. Is there anything from your past that constantly manipulate you so much that you can't stop thinking, "I never should have done that. I blew it! Oh, how I regret that! STOP! You cannot let your past control who or what you will become. There is nothing you could do to change or undo what has already happen but you can plan ahead and change the future. So let it go! Look forward, it could get better. " ...but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13-14
Trust God's Sovereignty. Sometimes it is hard to accept that God will work it out (for our good). But is faithful ans has proved Himself faithful, you just have to believe in Him. "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."-Hebrews 11:6 "And we know that in all thifret ngs God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
The best way to start anything is to begin with God. It's never too late to start! God Himself loves doing new things. He enjoys refreshing.(Isaiah 43:19). God wants to give you a fresh start. He is giving you a chance to look at things differently...to do it right. Failure could be a door way to something better.
So don't don't quit. Start trying. Start believing and try again!
